John Day - Chairman and Managing Director

John Day is a founding Director of Capital Intelligence.

John is responsible for the general management and strategic direction of the company.

John is a member of the Australasian Compliance Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has 12 years experience in the information technology and stock market education industries and has held various management roles.

Jason Davis - Executive Director

Jason Davis is a founding Director of Capital Intelligence and together with John Day has been the driving force behind the Company's advancement to date.

Jason's technical capabilities drive the product development for the Company. Jason has been a regular key-note speaker at events across Australia.

Jason holds an AFMA Diploma of Financial Services. He is ASIC PS 146 accredited to give advice for Derivatives, Securities, Foreign Exchange and Managed Investments. He is a member of the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association, the Australasian Compliance institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jason is responsible for product development, business development and varied corporate duties.

Errol Turner - Finance Director and Company Secretary

Errol Turner holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of The Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He has had significant experience in publicly listed companies over the last 15 years.

Errol has held positions as Chief Financial Officer in Intellect Holdings Limited and Adacel Technologies Limited. His experience covers both operational and financial aspects within publicly listed companies, particularly in areas such as IPOs, debt funding, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and cross border work.

Jonathon Maxted - Operations Manager

Before joining the Company, Jon spent 5 years as a consultant to the mining and minerals processing industry in South Australia conducting project design and management.

For the past 6 years Jon has been involved in the wealth education industry. Over that period he has held various roles from training, sales and management.

Jon holds an AFMA Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Markets) and is PS 146 accredited to give advice in Derivatives, Securities, Foreign Exchange and Managed Investments.

Jon is responsible for the operations management of the HomeTrader business.
